In order to be able to offer the best namelabels at as low a price as possible, we are concerned with keeping our costs as low as possible and having efficient operations. To be as efficient as possible, we respond to inquiries to customer service once a week (on Fridays). This applies to both e-mail and Facebook. If you think it's too long to wait, you will find answers and procedures for most inquiries in the overview below. We are constantly working to improve our answers, so we greatly appreciate feedback if you think some of the answers are unclear.
