Order confirmation
Order confirmations are automatically sent to your e-mail when you have completed your order. You can expect to receive the order confirmation no later than 5-10 minutes after the order is completed.
Common causes of errors:
i) You have more emails and ordered with a different email than the one you thought you had ordered with.
ii) The email from us has ended up in your "spam" or "unfocused" folder. Check if the order confirmation is there. The sender is: customerservice[@]myminilabels.co.uk
iii) Something went wrong during our check-out. If you were redirected to the page that confirmed that we had received the order, then the top two answers are probably the reason why you did not receive the order confirmation. If you were not redirected to a page that was confirmed by us to receive the order, then something went wrong during ordering and you have to order again.
We can help you with the following:
i) We can send the order confirmation to you again, but unfortunately only to the e-mail you provided when ordering. It is not possible to change the e-mail.
ii) If you are in doubt about whether the order was placed or not, we can check it for you. In that case, please send us an e-mail from the same e-mail that you provided when ordering.
