The Customer: The person who is registered as the buyer in the order

Information about the product and its properties can be found on the website of Myminilabels.co.uk under the section «FAQ», the product's characteristics and what the Customer can expect are described. It is important that the Customer reads the instructions for use that follow the namelabels so that the product is used correctly. The color of the labels may differ slightly from what the Customer perceives on their screen when ordering.

All prices on the website of Myminilabels.co.uk are stated including 20% VAT (VAT) and in GBP. There is free shipping on all orders and the delivery time is 2-4 working days from the order is printed and sent from us. Orders are normally printed the same day they are received. Myminilabels.co.uk delivers to addresses throughout the UK. Delivery is considered to have taken place when the Customer, or someone on behalf of the Customer, has physically received the item in his possession. As soon as the Customer has received the item, the Customer should check whether the delivery corresponds with the order confirmation and that the goods are in order. In cases of significant typing or printing errors, Myminilabels.co.uk may delete or reject this part of the order. This applies even if you have received an order confirmation.

The order is binding from the moment you have sent the order and it has been confirmed registered. Myminilabels.co.uk automatically sends out an order confirmation when the customer's order is received. The customer undertakes to check that the order confirmation matches the order in terms of price, quantity, product and content.

We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice

If the delivery is not in accordance with the enclosed delivery note or the Customer discovers defects in the item, the Customer must notify / complain within a reasonable time. The complaint report must state what kind of error or defect is invoked.

Myminilabel.co.uk's liability for defects follows the provisions of the local laws. If there is a defect according to the law, Myminilabels.co.uk has the right to offer correction or re-delivery. If Myminilabels.co.uk provides such correction or re-delivery in accordance with the law, no price reduction or cancellation of the purchase can be demanded.

Myminilabels.co.uk is not responsible for direct or indirect losses the buyer incurs due to force majeure incidents, including strikes, lockouts, war, fire, natural disasters, shutdowns in the provision of telecommunications services or electricity, etc. The purchase can be canceled in whole or in part if such conditions are of a lasting nature. If the force majeure incidents are of a temporary nature, both parties can demand that the delivery time be postponed.

Unless the purchase is exempt from the right of withdrawal, the Customer may cancel the purchase of the item in accordance with the local laws. This means that the Customer can withdraw from the agreement if you report this no later than 14 days after you received the item.

There is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured in accordance with the Customer's specifications or that have been given a clear personal touch. This will typically apply to namelabels.

The following personal information is stored and the purpose of this:

 

a) Name and address: Used for shipment in connection with ordering goods.

b) Telephone and e-mail: Used to contact the Customer in connection with the processing of orders.
