If it deviates more than 4-5 days then there may have been a problem with the delivery. Typically, something may be wrong with the address or you may not be registered as a resident. The delay is probably due to normal small deviations, but if you have not received your order within 3 days beyond what is stated, please contact us.
Common causes of errors:
i) Normal small deviations at Royal Mail.
ii) You have moved to a new address, but are not registered as a resident at it.
iii) There may also be problems with your mailbox.
iv) During periods with many substitutes at the Royal Mail, problems may arise in connection with the points above.
v) The check-out has saved on an old address that no longer applies to you.
