Useful influencer information
We really appreciate that you are either an ambassador for us or are considering becoming one! On this page, we have tried to gather useful information so that you as our ambassador can find answers to any questions you may have. You are of course always welcome to contact us via PM on Instagram or customer service.
1. What does it mean to be an ambassador?
As an ambassador, you will be sent two optional sets of namelabels (with 120 namelabels in each). You make these namelabels yourself on our website and you get a discount code from us so you do not have to pay for the order. We hope you are so happy with the nanvellables that you take some great pictures of them and share these images on social media.
2. Do ambassadors get their own unique discount code?
Yes, in addition to the point above, every ambassador gets their own unique discount code that you can share with your followers. As an ambassador, you get a commission every time someone uses your discount code (so spread it well!). The discount code gives your followers a discount when they shop on Myminilabels.co.uk. We also have "give-aways" competitions in collaboration with some ambassadors as well as various seasonal activities.
3. Payment
As an ambassador, you get a commission for every order with us where your unique discount code is used. At the start of the collaboration, all ambassadors are assigned their own unique discount code.
4. Reporting the number of sales
Upon request, we report the number of sales with your unique discount code once a month. If you share your email with us, you will receive a sales update by email every Friday.
5. Invoicing and payment
Based on the report you receive from us, you create an invoice that you send to us. Invoice must contain:
a) Invoice number and date of issue of invoice
b) Indication of the parties
c) Description of the service
d) Time period for delivery of the service
e) Remuneration and payment due
f) Your personal discount code
g) Any VAT
Let us know, and we will be happy to send you an example of what an approved invoice should look like. The minimum number of generated sales per invoice is set to 20. Below is an example of what the invoice you send us must contain. The fields that the invoice must contain are marked in yellow. In addition to the recipient's account, name and address, we also need IBAN and BIC / SWIFT for your bank account.
Payments are made 4 times a year on the following days: February 1, May 1, September 1 and December 1.
6. Re-posting
We might re-post and show photos taken of you that you have created in connection with the job as an ambassador for us. In that case, your name or account will be communicated together with the image.
7. Ownership of the images
It is important that you as an ambassador use your own photos so that others can not claim the rights / ownership of your photos. When we re-post your photos, we assume that you as an ambassador own the photos yourself.
8. Description of cooperation and parties
As an ambassador, you are either a private person or a company that performs advertising, PR and promotional work to generate traffic to / sales on our website, Myminilabels.co.uk. We (Myminilables.co.uk) are a website that sells namelabels to third parties. The points above summarize the most important guidelines and rules that apply to the collaboration.
